Transaction fees applicable to the sale of real estate properties, calculated on a progressive per-bracket basis to ensure a smooth transition between tiers, with no threshold effect. Amounts include VAT (20% VAT included).

This schedule is indicative and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis in the mandate, in particular for complex transactions (portfolios, specific structures, etc.) or above €10,000,000.
